Big crew today. Nate, Joe, Eric, Bob, and Ben. Nate set the pace, even though he had already run 3 miles beforehand. We ran 4.1 miles at a 7:51/ mile pace.

Nate, Ben, and Joe were the only runners today. It was quite a bit warmer at 30*. Nate and Joe got in a 4 mile run. Ben did about 3 miles. Our pace was about 8:30/mile. No coffee today.

Cold run today. -14 at the start of our run. We got through 4 miles today on the snow packed trail.
